1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bizzname Solutions Private Limited ("Bizzname", "we", "our", "us"), including our custom website design, smart NFC business cards, dynamic QR plates, SEO, and business automation platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Scope

We provide a range of digital and contactless technology solutions. The specific scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines for custom development work (such as websites and software) will be detailed in individual product/project proposals. We make every effort to ensure custom-coded sites are delivered in 2–4 working days as advertised, provided all necessary inputs are received from you on time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

For custom web development services, upon receipt of full payment, the client owns 100% of the custom-coded source code, assets, and design deliverables. Bizzname retains the right to display design screenshot artifacts in our online portfolio for showcase purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing. Any core software platforms, dashboards, and dashboard engines owned by Bizzname remain our exclusive property.

4. Smart NFC Business Cards & QR Plates

Design Approval: We create mockups of physical prints (NFC cards/QR stands) and send them via WhatsApp for your approval. Once approved, no design modifications can be made.
Durability: Our physical products are rated for high longevity, but we do not cover wear-and-tear damages caused by physical scratching, drops, or chemical exposure.
Digital Profiles: Lifetime free hosting is included for basic digital profiles linked to NFC cards. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying illegal or adult content.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the setup or development of your service (such as logos, contact links, photos, and project texts). Delay in providing these materials may result in delivery timeline extensions. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have full copyrights for all assets provided to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzname shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our physical products, website, or custom software services.
