1. Physical Products (NFC Cards & QR Display Plates)

• Design Changes: Since cards and plates are custom-designed with your brand logo, UPI codes, and credentials, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once design confirmation is given and the product goes into printing.
• Damage on Arrival: If you receive a physically damaged product, or if the NFC chip fails to read, we offer a **100% free replacement**. Please record an unboxing video showing the issue and share it with us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect Print: If the printed logo or text deviates from the design file you approved, we will print and dispatch a corrected card/plate free of charge.

2. Custom Software & Web Development Services

For custom websites, job portals, real estate marketplaces, school sites, and custom coding services:

• Initial Advance Payment: The booking advance paid for project initiation is non-refundable once design layout work has begun.
• Project Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions during the layout phase to ensure you get exactly what you want. Once you review and approve the build preview link, and the website goes live, the final balance is due and non-refundable.
• Hosting and Domain Charges: Domain registrations and server hosting fees paid to third-party registrar portals are non-refundable.

3. Business Automation & Marketing Plans

Monthly recurring plans, such as Local SEO, Social Media Growth, and Business Automation subscriptions:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription plan at the end of any billing month. Notice must be given 5 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Since resources are allocated monthly for copywriting, GMB citations, post designs, and bot maintenance, payments made for active months are non-refundable.
